Request Maintenance

USE THIS MAINTENANCE REQUEST FORM FOR "ALL" non-emergency maintenance. It provides for better documentation, tracking, and customer service. Please review your lease for maintance costs are pursuant to our maintenance policy and your lease. For maintenace items or repairs as a direct result of the tenant or their invitee, the tenant will be responsible for the cost of the services needed. Contact our maintenance
department through this request form for instructions on how to properly resolve "tenant caused" issues.

The staff of Pensacola Home Rentals respectfully request that the following protocols be followed:

  1. In the event of an emergency (a fire constitutes an emergency) please call 911.
  2. In the event of critical maintenance issues (uncontrollable leak in plumbing) call our office at 850-456-4526. During after hours and weekends call our office at 850-456-4526. All messages will be pushed to our smart phones immediately. NOTE: YOU MUST LEAVE A COMPLETE MESSAGE DETAILING FIRST YOUR FULL NAME, THE ADDRESS OF THE PROPERTY, CONTACT NUMBER, AND THE ISSUE!
  3. All other maintenance request MUST be in writing. Use the maintenance request form below or feel free to drop your written request off through our mail slot at the front door of the office. (Please note: maintenance request received after 2 PM may not be assigned to a vendor until the following day. We work diligently to have work orders assigned to vendors within 24 hours of receiving a request. Our vendors should communicate with you within 24 hours of their receiving a maintenance request, thus having resolve to the issue within 72 hours in most cases).

TENANTS ARE EXPECTED TO DO THEIR PART IN FIRST REPORTING "ALL" NEEDED MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS AND SECOND TAKING THE NECESSARY STEPS TO PREVENT ON GOING MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR ISSUES. Never put your life at risk, but it expected that tenants take the necessary steps to prevent ongoing damage to a home or unit during critical issues (example: if a water pipe breaks, turn the water off to the unit).
